Welcome to the Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AN) Engineering Department, on behalf of Sahakar Maharshi Shankarrao Mohite Patil Institute of Technology and Research, Shankarnagar - Akluj. I feel really privileged to be the department head at this esteemed organization. We are proud of our faculty, which is a self-disciplined group with a commitment to the organization's success and a blend of both academic and industry expertise. To complement our academic programs, we offer modern research facilities and well-equipped laboratories. A knowledgeable and devoted faculty staffs the department. It gives me immense pleasure to present this edition of the Department Newsletter of Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning. Our department is committed to nurturing young minds with knowledge, innovation, and practical skills in the rapidly evolving field of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Artificial Intelligence has become a key technology transforming industries,businesses, and society. As educators, our responsibility is to prepare students not only with technical knowledge but also with problem-solving abilities, ethical values, and innovative thinking. The diploma program under MSBTE is designed to provide a strong foundation in programming, data science, machine learning,and intelligent systems.

During this academic period, our department has organized various activities such as workshops, expert lectures, industrial visits, technical competitions, and student development programs. These initiatives help students gain practical exposure and stay updated with current technological trends.I appreciate the dedicated efforts of our faculty members and the enthusiastic participation of our students in academic as well as co-curricular activities.
