So disappointed with a new update that enables deleting all messages by any user. IMO, it undermines the privacy of users, not fortifies it. Other users should not have the right to decide what I can send and keep in my own messenger. Any business correspondence or any agreement in general are no longer reliable because they can be so easily distorted simply by deleting a few messages. a cruel bet , I'm truly unhappy about it.

You a cruel bet people have made your account recovery system so complicated that despite having a phone number, you are sending the code to the email ID. To access one of these two things, it is necessary. Now I am not able to recover my account. With so much difficulty I found out my mobile number. The help centre has blocked me from above. I am not able to do anything. This is a 10-12 year old account. Now how can I recover my account? Please help.

a cruel bet 's change name feature should be at 30 months availability and not 60 months. we try our best for our real names not to be exposed (not that I'm not authentic), but for privacy purposes. change this policy and feature on fb to a 30 days shorter. Also, bring back messenger lite too! messenger sucks sometimes. we need an alternative, not another device to login with, nor a browser.
